"Incomparablly simple and soothing. Can you fix glitches? I've benefitted so much from this meditation app. It's my go to for body scans that I never tire of and deserving of 5 stars. As my 1/13 review stated, it has(again) been freezing. I have some progress in; peace, calm, connection of mind and my body. When I stop meditating daily, the benefits gradually stop too. I've learned for me, meditation is vital but the glitches are unbearably intrusive."
